I'm not sure if my phone supports SportMate™. Can I still try it out?
Yes. SportMate™ will work with most phones that are on the market today.

I'm having problems getting online with my mobile phone. What could possibly be wrong?
To download and use SportMate™, you must allow your mobile to access the internet. If you cannot access the internet with your phone, contact your service provider for help.

I entered my phone number, but did not get the text message containing the download link. What could possibly be wrong?
This can only happen if you have not entered the correct country and phone number. Please check and try again.

I received the text message with the download link, now what?
The text message contains a link to download SportMate™. Scroll down to the link to highlight it, then click on it or select Options->Open. Your phone will then automatically start to download SportMate™.
